My Only Comment On The Schiavo Case

This is our generation's Karen-Anne Quinlan case.  And we're not handling anywhere near as well as our parents handled that one.

I agree that the Schiavo case is a travesty, but "we're" not handling this one. Are the parents our age? What about Senator Frist? What about the *#&$^#%@^ Bush brothers?

The thing that really chaps my hide is that I thought we'd get a couple years' respite before the Repug hopefuls started jockeying for the 2008 Presidential campaign. No such luck....

Didn't "we" vote these bozos into office? And before you say that there were none of "us" running to vote for, why not? Where were "we" at that point in time? Remember, both parties also have primaries - and "we" selected the candidates we got. I don't think "we" can evade responsibility for this one.
