Unbooked

I'm not going to Houston.

Today, when I got home, I found messages indicating that the three cricket matches had been "postponed" (read: cancelled). So, I verified this, and proceded to cancel all of my arrangements, and arranged to get refunds where appropriate.

The reason that the event was cancelled? Because the US government is dragging their feet on issuing visas to the Pakistani players that were to participate.

It's easier for ILLEGALS to get into this country than it is LEGALS. Am I the only one that sees something wrong with that?

What a bunch of BS. I bet you odds its more they are Pakistani and thus cricket playing terrorists than anything else. I do tend to be a bit biased tho.
